This couch is no longer sold in Singapore, I bought it less than 2 years ago for $1800 SGD. The color is also a darker gray, not the one pictured on the website (not available in the US in the color I had either).
It has seen a couple small dogs visit for a few weeks when it was first bought, but have had no pets since. It's been cleaned multiple times since then, and it'll be cleaned with a fabric cleaner and vacuum before selling. I'd recommend getting a professional cleaner if you're picky (part of why the price is low, I don't have time to hire a professional cleaner). The cushions are non-removable so it is a bit more difficult to clean.
It's a large couch, but fit in my 2-room HDB living room. 285 x 235 x 99cm (WxDxH) and weighs ~150kg assembled so you'll need some help. It breaks up into a few pieces that are more manageable to transport but still not easy.
Leaving Singapore so need to sell within a month
Pickup at Ghim Moh Road only, can't disassemble it too much, but will help you move it to the truck.
